Around 60% people think AGI will be developed in next 10 years

Over the course of researching on the internet, we found that several experts predicted the development of AGI will take time and it will be developed somewhere in the next 25 years but the results we got on our poll are a little bit (naked url) different. Now let’s have a look at it.

More than half of the respondents believed that Artificial General Intelligence will be developed in the next 10 years. As many as 58 per cent of people think this.

Around 16 per cent of people think that the development of AGI will happen in the next 25 years and 11 per cent of people believe that people can witness AGI in the next 50 years or so.

Apart from this, there are 15 per cent of people who are not sure about AGI and hence voted for our last option which is “dont know”.

The current AI technology is focused on performing a well-defined human activity. Currently, according to experts, it’s unknown how soon universal intelligence will arrive; researchers estimate it might happen somewhere between 20 and 100 years from now. However, there is little question that it will be feasible someday.
